We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating Press Brake machinery
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Selecting the correct tooling and machine settings for each job
• Bending and forming sheet metal components to precise tolerances
• Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
• Making adjustments to machine settings as required
• Handling materials safely and efficiently
• Working closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams
• Reporting any machine faults, defects, or quality concerns
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Press Brake machinery within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality standards
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, tape measures, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
