What You Will Do
- Play an instrumental role in supporting children and young people within our care, working closely with the Team Manager.
- Lead the team, providing supervision, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
- Engage in high-quality, in-depth assessments with a smaller caseload, focusing on complex cases.
- Act as a role model for best practice, sharing your expertise to uplift colleagues and students.
- Liaise with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and young people.
- Confidently lead improvements in practice and challenge existing processes where necessary.
