About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across London and Essex, is seeking an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing Commercial Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive legal environment, working on a broad range of commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing legal documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, local authorities, and other third parties.
- Managing post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications.
- Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to.
- Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within Commercial Conveyancing or Commercial Property.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- A professional and proactive approach to work.
