Support Worker – Empower Independence & Wellbeing

Orange Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker in Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan, for 15 hours a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Your role will involve assisting service users in our Independence and Wellbeing Centre, helping them participate in activities and addressing their care and emotional needs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in care or support work, and a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or Psychology is preferred. Skills in empathy, organization, and effective interpersonal communication are key to ensuring a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
