Experienced Telehandler Operator – Residential Construction Site

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Telehandler Operator to join our team on a busy residential construction development in Tewkesbury.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations by safely moving materials, assisting trades, and ensuring the efficient running of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently across the site
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials and equipment
• Assisting site management and tradespeople with daily tasks
• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supporting site logistics and material management
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general site duties when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites
• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Ticket (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Own transport beneficial but not essential
