Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Providing accurate information and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, updates and customer requests
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Escalating more complex issues where required
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new processes
