Pet Care Appointment Concierge

Vets for Pets in Milton Keynes is looking for a dedicated customer service representative to support our front of house team. In this role, you will handle appointment requests and foster strong relationships with pet owners while ensuring exceptional care for their pets.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly demeanor, excellent phone skills, and a passion for service. Working hours are Tuesday-Friday 8-5, with half an hour for lunch, and 8-2 pm on Saturdays. Enjoy great benefits including a 40% discount at the Vet Group.
