Learning Support Assistant – One-to-One & Interventions

Elmridge Primary in Hale Barns is looking for Learning Support Assistants on a fixed-term contract until July 2027. This role involves providing one-to-one support to children with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) and working closely with the SENDCO and teachers to ensure tailored learning approaches.

The ideal candidate must be compassionate and flexible, able to work with others to support the welfare of children within the school community. The school offers a friendly and supportive environment.
