Night Shift Coordinator – 37.5 hours per week

Enable Glasgow is a community based charity working with adults with learning disabilities and their carers and families in Glasgow. We are currently recruiting for a full‑time Night Shift Coordinator (37.5 hours per week) to join our skilled staff team at our Esmond Street Advanced Support Service in the Yorkhill area of the city. Esmond Street is the only service of its kind in the city, providing a high quality 24/7 supported living service to 22 adults with learning disabilities who are older and/or have advanced needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a senior and supervisory role within the night shift team.
  • Provide support planning and review, ensuring service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate duties and tasks, and supervise staff to deliver person‑centred, positive behaviour approaches.
  • Act as lead in maintaining service standards and supporting staff development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a supported living setting and with learning disability services.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and maintain a flexible, empowering approach.
  • Experience with support planning and review systems required.
  • An appropriate qualification is preferred, or willingness and ability to achieve it within an agreed timescale.
  • Successful completion of the PVG Scheme (or membership to be updated).
