360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for its new children’s home, Willowhaven, opening in September 2026 in Tees Valley. This position involves creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people, supporting them in daily activities and emotional wellbeing.
The role offers a salary of £13.50 – £14.00 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in, with enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays. Ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting children and must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and experience working with youth.
