M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork. If you’re ready to roll your sleeves up and work smart, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Stock, deliveries, and behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
- Manage flow of products with urgency and accuracy.
- Adapt to early morning deliveries and shifting stock throughout the day.
- Support colleagues across functions and store areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong flexibility and ability to work across the wider store.
- Digitally confident to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
- Team player and able to work as part of a large machine.
- Physically capable of high‑intensity, physically demanding work.
