Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a market‑leading customer experience and build rapport quickly.
- Provide 1‑to‑1 styling, bra fit, and tailored beauty routine recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy under pressure.
- Use digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to offer a personalized five‑star service.
- Adapt quickly to changing store demands and remain flexible.
- Champion a high‑energy, fast‑paced retail environment.
