Community Outreach & Welfare Advisor

Citizens Advice is looking for a motivated individual to provide information and practical support on social welfare law matters at various community outreach locations in Greater Manchester. You will maintain accurate records and guide outreach volunteers, participating in community events.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a busy environment. Some sessions may occur outside normal office hours, including Saturdays.
