SEN Learning Support Specialist — 1:1 & Small Groups (Full-Time)

Randstad Staffing in Romford is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for students with special educational needs (SEN) in an inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting children with SEN and a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, implementing EHCPs, and supporting students’ emotional needs.

Candidates will undergo a DBS check and must meet child protection and eligibility vetting requirements.
