Pay / Hours: £13.26 per hour / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and management of the maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
Complete the daily job list and preventive maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety.
Qualifications
Organised, excellent communicator, hands‑on individual with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working in a maintenance department of a similarly high‑quality hotel is required.
Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
