Mental Health Discharge Coordinator

The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified mental health practitioners to join our Clinical Bed Management Service. You will work to ensure patients have a productive inpatient stay and a safe discharge plan, collaborating across services and supporting our patients’ recovery.

This role primarily operates Monday to Friday during core hours across various inpatient sites in Norfolk and Suffolk. The ideal candidates will bring passion and experience to improve patient lives.
