Move-On Coordinator: Housing Pathways Lead

The Haringey Jobs London is seeking a dedicated Move-on Coordinator to enhance our Rough Sleeping Programme at the Osborne Grove Assessment Centre. As a critical part of our multi-disciplinary team, you’ll lead the move-on process for vulnerable individuals transitioning to sustainable homes.

This role demands exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to supporting those in need. You will work closely with various partners, ensuring no resident is delayed in their journey towards independence.
