APTL – Kitchen in Penrith is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their vibrant team, creating extraordinary dining experiences in a beautiful location. The ideal candidate should possess a Food Hygiene certificate, NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent, and have a flexible attitude towards working hours.

You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef, contributing to innovative menu creations while ensuring the highest food quality standards. The role involves assisting in kitchen organisation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting all kitchen operations.
