Key Responsibilities
Your main focus will be managing and coordinating travel arrangements, ranging from straightforward trips to complex, multi-stop itineraries.
- End-to-End Travel Planning: Research, book, and manage flights, accommodation, and itineraries for individuals and larger groups.
- Complex Itineraries: Handle multi-destination trips, group logistics, and schedule alignments with precision.
- Problem Solving: Act as the go-to person for itinerary changes, delays, or unexpected adjustments.
- Cost Efficiency: Source the best options that balance comfort, convenience, and budget requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant Experience: Initial experience in business travel booking (corporate travel, agency work, or executive/team assistant travel management) is essential.
- Common Sense & Logic: You possess strong healthy common sense; can think on your feet, anticipate potential travel hiccups, and find practical solutions independently.
- Organizational Talent: You can juggle multiple bookings at once without losing track of details.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) with a professional and friendly manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern booking platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools, like Google Workspace; Rydoo and Egencia are a big plus.
