Job Description and Person Specification
We are looking for a talented and experienced hair professional to teach across Level 2 and Level 3 hairdressing qualifications.
This is a part‑time role with no weekend working. You may be required to teach an evening session during term time in our commercial salons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructional content for Level 2 and Level 3 hairdressing qualifications.
- Assess students and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and support learners with enrichment opportunities.
- Prepare and update teaching resources and lesson plans.
- Adhere to the College’s safeguarding and welfare policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Positive and approachable attitude.
- Passionate and pro‑active commitment to teaching.
- Relevant hairdressing or barbering experience and qualifications.
- Ability to work part‑time with flexibility for evening sessions.
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of students.
