Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a CE Powder Tanker Driver to join the Breedon Cement team in Aldridge, WS9 8XT. GXO operates on behalf of Breedon Cement to provide transport for both bulk powder and palletised deliveries. The role requires loading and pressurised discharge of powder products – predominantly cement.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, starting between 04:00 – 06:00, paid minimum 48 hours per week.

What you’ll do on a typical day

  • You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement and delivery of our customers’ products, servicing the construction sector
  • Ensuring that deliveries are on time and that health and safety procedures are followed to a high standard
  • Conduct vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and compliance
  • Complete all required documentation and delivery records accurately
  • As required, contracted to two nights out per week

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Valid Category CE (Class 1) UK driving licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous experience operating bulk powder tankers preferred, however full training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Must be fully flexible on working hours
