We are looking to collaborate with a jazz trumpeter on a successful concert show called “Rhapsody in Blue – Jazz Sessions by Candlelight” which we are performing five shows in the Fringe 2026.
Performance Dates and Venue
The five shows (lasting one hour) will take place at Fringe Venue 197 (St Vincent’s Chapel): SAT08 Aug, WED12 Aug, FRI14 Aug, TUE18 Aug, THU20 Aug, SAT22 Aug, WED26 Aug and FRI28 Aug @ 9.45 – 10.45pm.
Collaboration Details
We are looking for a jazz trumpeter to collaborate with our pianist and drummer on the works: The Entertainer – Scott Joplin; Take 5 and Unsquared Dance – Dave Brubeck; Blues, Chanson and Charleston (from Cinq Études de Jazz) – Erwin Schulhoff; Rhapsody in Blue – George Gershwin (solo piano arrangement).

Contract and Compensation
Contract: Freelance
Fee: £515.57 (11 hours work; 8 hours performing and 3 hours rehearsing; rate of pay: £46.87 per hour)
