Job Description:

We are seeking a Membership Services Administrator Apprentice to support the ongoing success of the business through key membership administration tasks. The role is office‑based, Monday to Friday, in the Hatfield Club office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate membership records
  • Handle member communications
  • Support processes such as refunds, reconciliations, migrations and Direct Debit runs
  • Assist with learning for the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship (including Customer Insights, Positive Customer Experience, Service Performance, Customer Journey, Ownership and Responsibility, Culture and Environmental Awareness)

Qualifications

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and use initiative
  • Methodical and logical approach with strong attention to detail
  • Positive team player who can work collaboratively
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and keen to develop new skills
  • Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme
