We are looking for Hygiene Operatives to join our expanding site in Buckingham.

Your Mission

Are you passionate about cleanliness and safety? Do you take pride in maintaining the highest standards? We’re looking for a dedicated Hygiene Operative to play a vital role in ensuring our food production environment is spotless, safe, and fully compliant.

What You Will Do

• Champion Cleaning: Follow structured cleaning schedules and SOPs to ensure all equipment, machinery, and zones are spotless and food‑safe.
• Protect Food Safety: Handle allergens and raw materials with care, ensuring zero cross‑contamination and full compliance with hygiene standards.
• Quality & Compliance: Carry out traceability checks, surface swabs, and support audits to keep us inspection‑ready at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
• Safety First: Use chemicals safely, follow health and safety protocols, and help train new team members to uphold our hygiene excellence.
