Job Description:
The NHS is looking for a Switchboard Operator to join their busy Switchboard Bank on a permanent basis. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills as you will be responding to a high volume of calls, including emergencies, for the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.
Candidates must be flexible for various shift patterns and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Previous experience in switchboard operations is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
