Role overview
As a Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will support day‑to‑day management of the Justmylook website, ensuring accurate product representation, seamless promotion execution and an optimal online shopping experience. The role focuses on website administration, product management and merchandising support for highly organised individuals with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for online retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain product listings across the website.
- Ensure product information, imagery, descriptions and pricing are accurate and up to date.
- Support the set-up and execution of promotional campaigns, offers and seasonal activity.
- Monitor website content and identify any issues requiring correction.
- Manage stock visibility and product availability across the website.
- Coordinate updates across landing pages, navigation and promotional banners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all website content is delivered on time.
- Produce regular reports on product performance and website activity.
- Assist with ad hoc ecommerce and merchandising projects as the business continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong administrative skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Interest in ecommerce, digital retail or online trading.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other digital systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous ecommerce, retail, merchandising or administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
