About the Role
A well‑led Ealing primary school is seeking a skilled Intervention Teacher to work full-time delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions across KS2. This is a non‑class‑based role designed to accelerate progress for pupils who need additional academic support. As an Intervention Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured small‑group sessions, monitor progress closely, and adapt teaching in response to assessment data. You will work collaboratively with class teachers, phase leaders, and the SENCo to ensure interventions align with whole‑class learning.
Qualifications
- Holds QTS with strong KS2 teaching experience
- Has a proven track record of raising attainment
- Is confident delivering targeted literacy and maths support
- Understands progress tracking and assessment
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
