Employability Coach
Location: Swansea. Duration: 12 months until the end of January 2027. Pay: £13.65 per hour. Hours: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week. No evenings or weekends.
About the role
The Employability Coach will support clients in securing employment and developing transferable skills. This varied role involves delivering recruiting services, supporting careers centre operations and providing guidance to job seekers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information and advice through a variety of media sources.
- Deliver a vacancy service offering employers a recruitment service and matching clients to vacancies.
- Assist job seekers in securing employment.
- Support the running of careers centres, including office management and reception duties.
Required skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, inclusive team.
