Job title: Primary Teacher
First forEducation are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a large primary school in Worcester, supporting pupils Year 5. This is a part‑time position, offering the opportunity to deliver high‑quality teaching within a supportive and well‑structured school environment. Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (preferably having worked in KS2)
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
