Primary Intervention & ILP Support Teaching Assistant

Aspire People in Rubery is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students in a primary school starting September 2026. This role involves working closely with teachers and SEND teams to implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and targeted interventions for students.

The ideal candidates will have experience in primary education and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
