Location: Fakenham Academy

Salary: SCP 5 A GBP 25,583.00 : SCP 6 A GBP 25,989.00 FTE. Pro Rata: A GBP 10,979 : A GBP 11,351 pro rata per annum

Vacancy Type: Fixed Term, initially until 31 August 2027, 18 hours a week (term time plus 2 weeks). Start: September 2026.

Role

Part‑time Art and Technology Technician to support the Technology and Art Departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, manage resources and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist teaching staff and students during lessons.
• Manage a varied workload, learn new skills quickly, and exhibit teamwork, enthusiasm, adaptability, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check and all safeguarding checks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
