Job Description:

As a member of the busy Acute Federation team, to provide high-quality, cost-effective PA/secretarial and administrative support services to the Acute Federation team, liaising with other departments and external clients.

Main duties of the job

Provide PMO and administrative support tothe South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Acute Federation team. Liaising andcommunicating with all levels of contacts (public, staff, and externalorganisations) as appropriate. Contributing to the organisation and workloadmanagement of the team as required.

Experience

  • Word processing.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Previous secretarial experience.
  • Experience of MSWord and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of diary and meeting management.
  • Experience of filing systems.
  • Audio typing experience.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Previous secretarial experience at senior level.
  • Experience of Excel and Outlook.
  • Shorthand.
  • Experience of working within the NHS or other large organisations.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
