Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and confident Primary Teachers for a Supply Primary School in Brigg and surrounding areas. We seek passionate, adaptable teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the region.
About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while gaining experience across a range of school settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for teachers who are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experienced in EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
- Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners.
- Confident, adaptable, and organised.
- Strong communicators with excellent classroom‑management skills.
- ECTs/NQTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
