Headteacher – Transformational School Leader (Trust-wide)

South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART) is seeking a school leader for Liskeard School & Community College to guide the school into its next phase of development. The role involves significant collaboration with the wider Liskeard community and Trust-wide initiatives.

The successful candidate must demonstrate proven leadership skills as well as the ability to influence collaboration among teams. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary dependent on experience, ranging from £105,595 to £119,350 annually.
