Job Description:
Leader Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Durham to support students with special educational needs (SEN) aged 2–19. This role involves working collaboratively with teachers and addressing individual pupil requirements through personalized curriculum and care plans.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in education or related fields, with excellent communication skills and experience supporting young people. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with potential for a permanent position after a qualifying period.
