The Pingle Academy – ERS Teacher Position
The Pingle Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to work within our Early Years and Secondary provision.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Confident in the delivery of the core curriculum and committed to developing these areas in line with current best practice.
- Versatile and a team player, able to make an impact, resilient, positive, flexible and highly motivated.
- Passionate about the specialist subject and capable of inspiring students across the curriculum.
- Strong pedagogical skills, adaptive and responsive teaching, able to scaffold, chunk, model and reframe lessons.
- Experience working with students with SEND and knowledgeable of statutory expectations; able to respond to and incorporate EHCP requirements in lesson planning.
- Collaborates closely with parents to provide high‑quality feedback and build positive relationships.
- Supports promotion of excellent standards of learning, achievement, progress, attainment and behaviour through effective, collaborative practice.
