Required Qualifications

• You hold QTS (Secondary preferred)
• You are calm, consistent and kind – even on tough days
• You make letters, numbers and art feel like an adventure
• You communicate well with parents & support staff
• You have (or will get) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• SEN experience helpful, not essential
• Your warmth and determination matter most
