About You
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person‑centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
Duties
- Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
- Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
- Encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
Qualifications
- A warm, caring and patient nature.
- A genuine interest in supporting people to live well.
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
- No previous experience needed – just the right attitude.
