About the STEM Academic Mentor Role

• Developing programmes of learning activities
• Adapting appropriate materials for lessons
• Taking small groups for interventions to ensure all students get the most out of their education
• Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in and out of lessons

Long‑term, full‑time. Contract starting September 2026.

• Strong academic background – 1:1 or 2:1 from a reputable university
• Fun‑loving and personable
• Passion for education
• Drive to continue training and development
