Responsibilities
Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Interacting with customers and educating them about our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, assisting with loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedure for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Qualifications
Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive and professional attitude.
Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven atmosphere.
