Security Team Lead – Village Safety & Guest Experience

Center Parcs group in Bedford is hiring a Security Assistant Manager to oversee the security team and ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues. You’ll manage daily operations, lead the Security team, and respond to security incidents, providing first aid when needed.

This full-time role involves varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and will be SIA Door Supervisor certified or open to training.
