Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operative for a temp to perm position in Dorset. The role involves providing maintenance services on void MOD properties, ensuring readiness for the next tenant and performing various trades including tiling, carpentry, and plumbing.

The successful candidate will need strong multi-trade skills and ideally experience in social housing or MOD. A DBS and BPSS security check will be required.
