Position

Sales Assistant – full‑time, 40 hours per week, 3‑month temporary contract at our Intimissimi store on Oxford Street, London.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
• Establish relationships with customers
• Introduce add‑ons, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, providing measuring and fitting services when requested
• Prioritize customer needs while performing any task within the store
• Operate cash registers accurately, ensuring clear explanations of offers and discounts
• Report any transaction discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Adhere to cash handling rules and regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store in compliance with Health & Safety regulations (e.g. hoovering and mopping)
• Ensure merchandise is displayed correctly according to company guidelines
• Maintain store security and report suspicious behaviour to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in any area of the store as requested by the Store Manager, including stock‑room duties
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the business

• Experience in sales and customer service environments
• Approachable, confident and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers
• Adaptable, quick to learn and confident in different selling situations
• Professional appearance and consistent polished image
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
