The Rugeley-based residential property team consists of ten members both qualified and support.  As a Residential Property Legal Assistant, you will provide direct support to one Solicitor within the residential conveyancing department. Directly supporting a qualified Conveyancer on all aspects of their caseload Supporting on purchase matters under supervision Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently Assisting with dictation and audio typing Managing file archiving and file closing procedures Providing general administrative support to the Residential Property teamThis role offers excellent exposure to quality conveyancing work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
