Job Description Court of Protection Lawyer 2+, Norwich, £45,000 to £55,000 plus extensive benefits. We are looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer to join this caring and growing team working alongside the Head of Department, specialising in advising vulnerable individuals. nCOURT OF PROTECTION LAWYER/FILEX:nKey responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice and representation to vulnerable clients, including Court of Protection and Attorneyship matters. Travel to see clients in their home, care home, hospital or hospice. You may be required to help supervise and develop more junior members of the team, including apprentices and trainee solicitors. The successful lawyer will possess the following skills: Help supervise and mentor more junior members of the team. Polite telephone manner.A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, or an alternative appropriate mode of transport, would be required for this role.
