Job Description Senior Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – M&A, Private Equity & Tech Clients South Bucks | Hybrid/Flexible Working | £80,000 – £110,000 DOE A highly regarded boutique corporate and commercial law firm in South Bucks is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its thriving and specialist corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer, M&A Solicitor, or Company Commercial Solicitor looking to work on high-quality, high-value transactions within a dynamic and forward-thinking practice with a strong focus on technology, AI and growth-sector clients. You will advise a sophisticated client base on a broad range of corporate and company law matters, including:Private equity and investment transactions Corporate governance and regulatory advisory work Tax-driven restructures and group reorganisations Share schemes, including EMI schemes and HMRC-approved incentive arrangements Secured lending, loan agreements and security documentation (training available if needed)The firm typically handles transactions ranging from £2 million to £20 million, offering exposure to high-quality, mid-market deals without the volume pressures of larger City firms.
