The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters for both private and public sector clients.
This role offers excellent exposure to varied and high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an ideal opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor looking to further develop their commercial disputes experience.
The team advises on a wide range of complex and commercially sensitive matters and is known for its practical, solutions-focused approach.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex disputes across a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
Work will include:

- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Director disputes
- Breach of warranty claims
- Professional negligence matters
- Commercial supply contract disputes
- Restrictive covenant and confidentiality breaches
- Media and reputational disputes

The role will also involve:
- n
- Advising clients on contentious matters from inception through to resolution
- Managing communications with clients, opponents, courts and third parties
- Assisting with new enquiries and business development activity
- Collaborating with colleagues across wider teams on joint matters and projects
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the team

Requirements
- n
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- NQ-2 years’ PQE within Commercial Litigation
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Previous experience handling commercial disputes matters
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong client care and communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing deadlines within a busy team environment
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Interest in business development activities and emerging areas such as AI and legal technology would be advantageous.
