Job Description Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, 1+ Years Experience, West Midlands, £43,000+ (DOE) – This Catastrophic Injury Team is trusted nationally for handling some of the most complex and high-value claimant work in the country. They are now looking to welcome a Solicitor or experienced Paralegal who’s ready to take on that level of responsibility and grow within a team that genuinely specialises in life-changing litigation. JOB REF:4130nnTHE ROLE:n• You will be responsible for a varied catastrophic injury caseload involving brain injury, multi-trauma and other devastating outcomes.n• You’ll be part of the journey for clients whose lives have been turned upside down, helping ensure they have the resources, rehabilitation and financial security they need for the future.n• You’ll be working alongside highly experienced lawyers on some of the most significant claimant cases in the region, with the opportunity to build your own caseload over time.nnSKILLS REQUIRED:n• Applications are sought from Catastrophic Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE, or experienced Paralegals.n• You will have experience in serious or catastrophic personal injury litigationn• A strong grounding in claimant law, particularly complex injury workn• The ability to manage sensitive, high-value cases with accuracy and caren• Confidence working with clients, experts and counsel in complex mattersn• A genuine interest in developing within a specialist serious injury environmentnnON OFFER:n• Competitive remuneration package on offern• Supportive and friendly working environmentn• Genuine career progressionn• Hybrid working environmentn nnnneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
