Job Description Defendant PI Solicitor / 4 PQE+ / London / £70,000 – £80,000 / hybrid working available. We are currently working with a leading national law firm which is seeking a talented Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor (4 PQE+) to join its growing London-based Insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and fast-expanding practice acting for major insurers and policyholders on a broad range of complex and high-value claims. Finalist at the British Insurance Awards nt Partners recognised in the Legal 500nt High-quality national client base including major insurers and policyholdersManage your own caseload of defendant EL/PL claims nt Assist partners on complex and high-profile litigation nt Handle pre-action and litigated personal injury and property damage claims nt Advise on regulatory investigations and prosecutions involving the HSE, police and CQC nt Assist with policy coverage disputes and interpretation issues nt Work on claims ranging from fast-track matters through to multi-million-pound, multi-party disputes nt 4+ years’ PQE in defendant personal injury litigation nt~ Strong experience handling Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims nt~ Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills nt~ nThis role offers exposure to high-quality, varied and complex work within a collaborative and ambitious team environment. nAt eNL we value diversity and inclusion.
