Job Description RTA Paralegal – Leeds I am delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, nationally recognised UK law firm with an outstanding reputation in insurance litigation and recovery services. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced RTA Litigated Recovery Fee Earner / Paralegal to manage a high-volume caseload of litigated recovery matters. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated RTA recovery files, delivering robust and quality-driven claims handling with a strong focus on maximising recoveries within agreed timescales. Providing professional, timely and commercially focused legal advice to source and lay clients, managing expectations throughout Taking a practical and commercial approach to settlements, advising clients clearly on risk Working towards and exceeding performance targets relating to recoveries and lifecycle management, without compromising integrity Previous experience managing a caseload of RTA litigated recovery or ULR claims, or hands-on experience handling key tasks within such cases Competence using case management systems and MS Office A commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and the wider businessWith over 30 years’ experience delivering legal and insurance services across the UK, this firm has grown into a 1,500-strong team operating from multiple office locations nationwide.
